Description
In this role you will deal with intitial enquiries from clients and third-party referrers. You will be required to carry out some scanning and organising documents. You will be asked to answer the main telephone line to clients and to provide support behing the scenes. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and help the people of Warrington.

You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Be friendly and approachable.
Be non-judgemental and respectful of diverse views, values, and cultures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be willing to learn about, and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies.
Have excellent IT skills. -Full training will be given.
