Description

In this role, you will connect with clients through phone conversations and in-person meetings to gain a clear understanding of the issues they need help with. You will research their concerns and present clear, actionable options to address their needs. Additionally, you will document the client's issues along with the steps taken to assist them. Full training will be provied.

You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:

Be friendly and approachable. Be non-judgemental and respectful of diverse views, values, and cultures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be willing to learn about, and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies.
Have good It skills. Full training will be given.
