As a Face-to-Face Volunteer Adviser, you’ll provide confidential, impartial advice and information to clients in person at one of our local offices or outreach locations. You’ll help people resolve a wide range of issues — such as benefits, debt, housing, employment, and consumer rights — by listening, exploring options, and supporting them to take action. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to make a real difference in your community while developing valuable skills and experience

Reduce poverty and inequality by helping people claim the benefits and support they’re entitled to.
