CITIZENS ADVICE DENBIGHSHIRE

Financial wellbeing and consumer rights

Welcome to Citizens Advice Denbighshire. Our charity provides free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice & support for all. We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice Denbighshire we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice.

That’s why we’re here to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward whoever they are, and whatever their problem. Our volunteers get to make a real difference in people’s lives every day. Whether helping someone manage debt, challenge an unfair decision, or access vital benefits, they see the positive impact of their time and effort directly in our community. Our volunteers say it gives them a strong sense of purpose and pride.

Volunteering builds valuable skills communication, problem solving, and understanding complex issues like benefits, housing, and employment rights. It’s great experience whether you’re looking to develop your career, get back into work, or simply keep your mind active
