Business & Partnerships Manager
Description
Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business & Partnerships Manager Volunteer to help develop strategic partnerships, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and identify opportunities that support the growth and sustainability of the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with experience or an interest in business development, partnership building, stakeholder engagement, networking, or community development. You will play a key role in helping us build meaningful relationships with businesses, community organisations, educational institutions, local authorities, and other partners. Responsibilities may include: Identifying and developing partnership opportunities Building relationships with businesses, charities, schools, and community organisations Supporting sponsorship and corporate social responsibility (CSR) engagement Attending networking events and representing Drama In Mind CIC Identifying opportunities for collaboration, referrals, and joint projects Assisting with partnership proposals and presentations Maintaining records of partnership activity and contacts Supporting organisational growth and sustainability initiatives, Policies and Insurance overview/tracking. Full induction, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided.

As a Business & Partnerships Volunteer, you will help create opportunities that strengthen the long-term sustainability of Drama In Mind CIC. Your efforts will support collaboration, increase resources, expand our reach, and help us deliver greater impact for children, young people, families, and communities.
The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confidence networking and engaging with external stakeholders, good organisational and project management skills, -ability to identify opportunities and think strategically, professional and proactive approach, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, experience in business development, partnerships, sales, community engagement, fundraising, or stakeholder management is desirable but not essential
