Core Operations Support Volunteer
Description
Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a reliable and proactive Core Operations Support Volunteer to help strengthen the organisation's day-to-day operations and sustainability.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution behind the scenes by supporting the essential functions that enable our projects and services to run effectively. Volunteers will work alongside staff and other volunteers to help maintain the systems, administration, communications, and organisational processes that underpin our work with children, young people, families, and communities.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting general administration and organisational tasks Assisting with data entry and record keeping Helping maintain volunteer and stakeholder databases Supporting communications and correspondence Assisting with policy, compliance, and governance documentation Helping organise meetings, events, and operational activities Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes Contributing to the smooth running of the organisation
Full induction, training, and ongoing support will be provided.

As a Core Operations Support Volunteer, you will help strengthen the foundations of Drama In Mind CIC. Your contribution will improve organisational efficiency, support service delivery, and help ensure that resources are used effectively to benefit the communities we serve. The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Good organisational skills Attention to detail Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and professional approach Willingness to learn and support a range of organisational activities Previous administrative or operational experience is helpful but not essential
