Description
Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a Donation & Sponsorship Letter Writer Volunteer to help secure financial and in-kind support for our creative arts, wellbeing, and community programmes. The volunteer will research potential donors and sponsors, draft professional donation requests and sponsorship letters, and help build relationships with businesses, community organisations, and supporters. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainability and growth of our organisation. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided.
The impact you'll have
Your contribution will help Drama In Mind CIC secure vital resources that enable us to continue supporting children, young people, families, and communities. Successful sponsorship and donation requests will help expand our programmes, increase opportunities for beneficiaries, and strengthen our long-term sustainability.
The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Strong written communication skills, good attention to detail, research skills, ability to write professionally and persuasively, good organisational skills, ability to work independently, and an interest in fundraising, business engagement, or community development. Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or bid writing is helpful but not essential.
