Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a professional and organised HR, Recruitment & Onboarding Volunteer to help attract, recruit, and support volunteers joining our organisation.Supporting volunteer recruitment. Full induction, training, and ongoing support will be provided. campaigns Reviewing volunteer applications and expressions of interest Scheduling interviews and introductory meetings Assisting with volunteer onboarding and inductions Maintaining volunteer records and documentation Supporting DBS and ID verification processes where required Assisting with volunteer communications and engagement activities Helping develop volunteer policies, procedures, and guidance Supporting volunteer retention and recognition initiatives
This role is ideal for someone with an interest in human resources, recruitment, volunteer management, or people development. You will play an important role in helping us build a diverse, skilled, and engaged volunteer team that supports our work with children, young people, families, and communities.Full induction, training, and ongoing support will be provided.

The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and administrative skills, ability to handle information confidentially, attention to detail, professional and approachable manner, basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, ability to work independently and as part of a team, previous HR, recruitment, administration, or volunteer management experience is desirable but not essential
