Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant Volunteer to support our team in delivering creative arts, wellbeing, and community programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and keen to gain experience in charity administration.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing emails and correspondence -Data entry and maintaining records
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and events
- Supporting volunteer and participant administration
- Preparing documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Helping with general office and organisational tasks
- Supporting project monitoring and evaluation activities
This is a flexible volunteer opportunity that can be carried out remotely.
Full induction, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided.
The impact you'll have
By volunteering as an Admin Assistant, you will help Drama In Mind CIC operate efficiently and deliver high-quality support to children, young people, families, and communities.
Your contribution will enable staff and volunteers to focus more time on frontline activities, creative programmes, and community engagement, helping us reach more people and create lasting positive change.
The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace -Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (an understanding of GDPR is helpful but not essential)
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential
