Drama In Mind CIC is seeking a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to Director(s) Volunteer to provide administrative and organisational support to the leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating activities, managing information, and helping senior leaders work effectively. The volunteer will assist with diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, action tracking, and general administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working closely with organisational leadership while contributing to a growing community-focused organisation. Full induction, training, and ongoing support will be provided.

The impact you'll have

By supporting the Director(s), you will help improve organisational efficiency and enable more time to be focused on developing projects, partnerships, fundraising, and services that benefit children, young people, families, and communities. Your contribution will strengthen the organisation's capacity to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.

The skills you'll need

You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage confidential information professionally, confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, ability to prioritise tasks and work independently, and a professional and proactive approach. Previous experience in administration, executive support, project coordination, or office management is desirable but not essential.
