Project Coordinator Volunteer

Drama In Mind CIC is seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator Volunteer to support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of our creative arts, wellbeing, and community-based projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising activities, coordinating people and resources, and helping projects run smoothly.
The volunteer will work closely with staff, volunteers, and partners to support the successful delivery of programmes that benefit children, young people, families, and communities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with project planning and coordination
- Supporting the scheduling of meetings, activities, and events
- Liaising with volunteers, participants, and partner organisations
- Maintaining project records and documentation
- Tracking project progress and reporting updates
- Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities
- Helping ensure project deadlines and objectives are met
- Assisting with communications and stakeholder engagement
We're flexible around your availability and would ideally welcome support for 4–8 hours each week.
The impact you'll have
As a Project Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping Drama In Mind CIC deliver meaningful projects that improve wellbeing, increase opportunities, and strengthen communities.
Your support will help ensure programmes are well organised, efficiently delivered, and able to reach more people who can benefit from our services.
The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in community development, wellbeing, or the voluntary sector
- Previous project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential
