Trustee – Project Management
Description
The Project Management Trustee will act as the main liaison between the UK board and the Indian committee, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. They will support key staff with project planning, budgets, and monitoring, while advising on risks and best practices and efficient workflows.

This role ensures grants are used effectively, projects achieve maximum impact and align with the charity’s vision while strengthening UK–India collaboration.
The skills you'll need
You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:
Good cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Tamil-speaking committee members in India. Strategic thinking and relationship-building to coordinate between the UK and Indian teams.
