Brood Fosterer - Bucks

We are looking for volunteers to foster our hearing dog mums. Could you help us create and nurture the next generation of hearing dogs?

As a brood fosterer you will:

• Provide a loving, full-time home for a hearing dog mum.
• Care for, support and nurture each litter* until they are 8 weeks old.
• Attend all necessary vet checks, appointments, and matings
• Be present during the birth—with full support from a Puppy Supply Coordinator
• Play a vital role in the early development of life-changing hearing dogs
• Receive full guidance from our expert team throughout
• Be provided with all food, bedding, whelping and puppy equipment
• Have all medical costs, grooming, and insurance covered

We require the following:

• You must live within 45 minutes of our National Breeding Centre in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire (HP27 9NS)
• A safe, secure garden with direct access from the home
• A suitable indoor space for whelping and raising a litter (whelping boxes can measure up to 4ft x 4ft)
• Availability to be at home most of the day (puppies can't be left for more than one hour)
• Lots of time, love, and a calm environment—no previous experience needed.

Rebuild connection, companionship, and confidence through trained hearing dogs, practical and emmotional support services; transforming the lives of people who are deaf or have hearing loss.

No previous experience is required, full training and guidance will be provided by our dedicated team based at our National Breeding Centre.
