Reception & Communications
Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Provide basic information about classes, courses, and the centre
Welcoming & Hosting
Welcome visitors to the centre and offer guidance as needed
Process payments for drop-in visitors attending classes
Make and offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water)

This role helps create a welcoming environment, making it easier for people in the local community to access meditation and a calm space for finding some inner peace.
