Description

Do you have a friendly personality and enjoy working in retail? Become a Retail Volunteer in one of our hospital cafés and help make the experience a little brighter for NHS staff, patients and visitors.

Why not come and join our team of volunteers providing a range of drinks and food to patients, staff and visitors to the hospital.

We need Retail Café Volunteers to prepare and sell food and drinks to patients, visitors and staff in our hospital and healthcare centre shops. Being in hospital, or visiting someone there, can be a difficult time, so volunteers will need a friendly, compassionate approach when dealing with customers.

This role is great for you if you want to make new friends, and grow your skills and experience in a hospital and retail environment. We also have opportunities available for people with specific skills, so let us know what your strengths are when we meet.

Are you available at any of these times:

  • Monday: 9am-12noon or 12-3pm
  • Tuesday: 9am-12noon or 12-3pm
