Description

Use your driving skills and friendly personality to help people spend time in your local community. We've got opportunities for volunteers to be an important link in your community.

As a Volunteer Driver, you could be taking someone to a community club or a regular appointment, taking them home after a hospital stay or responding to ad-hoc requests for transport. You'll need to use your own vehicle to offer a friendly journey, supporting people to and from their home and destination. You'll work both on your own and with others, building relationships with the people you drive for. We also have opportunities for people with specific skills, so let us know your strengths when we meet.

Are you available at any of these times:

  • Friday: Between 10.30am and 2.30pm

Additional checks required:

  • This role requires an address check
  • This role requires references
  • This role requires you to verify your driving licence

We will provide all necessary training to help you feel confident and safe when volunteering with us. You'll also gain access to our award winning e-learning site which provides a range of learning materials on a range of topics.

Come and join our team at East Neuk Groups!
