Volunteer Van Drivers

Make a difference delivering hope across Southampton. Southampton City Mission works with local churches to provide vital food support through our network of Food Banks across the city.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteer van drivers to help us collect and deliver food to our food bank venues. You’ll be joined by a driver’s mate, follow a set route, and play an essential part in ensuring families get the help they need. • When: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 7:15 am – 3:30 pm • Where: Start and finish at our warehouse in Millbrook, Southampton • What’s involved: Driving our van, collecting and delivering food donations, and some moderate lifting of food crates

We’re also looking for driver’s mates to help on a more occasional basis, covering planned gaps in the rota.
