Photographers - Soundabout

Description

We use photographs and videos from our music events and sessions to help to capture and share 'magic moments' and communication techniques, to publicise future events and to report back to our funders.

The impact you'll have

We have very few professional images, most of the photos and videos captured are taken by staff, on phones or tablets.

The skills you'll need

You will need to have the following skills in order to participate:

Action and group shots and videos in indoor and outdoor spaces. Excellent people skills. Our volunteers are kind, friendly and supportive to everyone and celebrate every participant and their contribution.

Volunteering is currently open to people in England, Scotland and Wales. We're working to expand to other regions and will update GoVo when this changes.

Soundabout is a small national charity. Our vision is a world where everyone can access and experience music. We use music sound and silence to create opportunities where Learning Disabled people with complex support needs thrive. As a volunteer, you'll help to create, record and share 'magic moments'. Where Learning Disabled people, and their families and carers, find enjoyment, community and new ways to enhance their wellbeing, to communicate and to express themselves.
