EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT TRUST - West London Careers Hub
Education, employment and training
At the West London Careers Hub, we bring together schools, employers, and community partners to inspire the next generation and ensure every young person has the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive. Our mission is simple: to connect real-world experience with classroom learning so that every student can make informed, ambitious choices about their future. Our values are rooted in equity, collaboration, and community impact. We believe in widening access to opportunity, celebrating diverse career pathways, and building a future where talent not background shapes a young person’s journey. By working side-by-side with educators and employers, we create meaningful experiences that help young people understand the world of work and discover what’s possible. Volunteering with us is both rewarding and energising. Whether you’re sharing your career story, supporting a skills workshop, or guiding students through mock interviews, you’ll play a direct role in shaping their confidence and aspirations. Volunteers often tell us they leave sessions feeling inspired by the young people they meet and proud to contribute to their local community. With flexible opportunities to suit your time and interests, volunteering with the West London Careers Hub is a chance to make a real difference one conversation at a time.
