Making volunteering easy
GoVo makes everything simple. We bring together an enormous range of rewarding opportunities so there’s bound to be something that feels just right for you. We’ve designed GoVo to be straight-forward to navigate, helping you quickly find the roles which match your interests and the time you have to give.
See which roles are available near you by dropping your postcode into the search bar on GoVo’s homepage, or, if you already know what type of cause you are keen to support, choose to view opportunities by cause area.
You may want to volunteer in person or from home. You can apply a filter on GoVo to show the roles which match your preference.
Register today
You can either register as a volunteer up front – that means we can keep you posted on new opportunities - or you can choose to register when you apply for your first role. Once you have found the volunteering opportunity you like, simply press apply on the role profile and you’ll be guided through a short sign up process.
Some roles will require a quick ID check. On GoVo you will only need to do this once, for the first ID-checked role you apply for. We’ve partnered with leading ID-checking partner, Yoti, to support this.
We want GoVo to open doors to volunteering for everyone. You can tailor your personal profile to let charities know if you require any accessibility adjustments such as quiet workspaces or step free access, as well as saving your address details for quicker, more accurate searches.
